We got our new kitchen from JCK in November. We had an overall amazing experience from the minute we walked in to their showroom, which is the best showroom I have visited in the west of Ireland. They have a large selection of kitchens on show which are all great quality. We made an appointment to meet James the owner who was professional , patient and pleasant from the very first consultation. We had a couple of consultations where we never felt rushed and any problems we had where solved straight away. The 3D images made it easier to visual the finished kitchen. Even though it was in times of Covid-19 , communication was excellent and prompt. When it came to the instalment of the kitchen the installation team where pleasant , professional and always on time. When building a house or renovating can be a stressful enough time and choosing the right kitchen is one of the most important things in the house ,James and his team made it an easy and overall pleasant experience. From the preliminary design of the kitchen to the finished product, James and his team were excellent support to us throughout the entire process. The ideas and craftsmanship of the team were excellent demonstrating high qualities of professionalism for the entire job. For us, our budget was an important factor going into the project as it is with most clients, but JCK kept this in line throughout the job and ultimately we ended up with a top quality kitchen at an affordable price. We had a very positive experience working with James. He was very helpful with some great ideas that we ourselves had not thought of. We went back to the showroom for a second visit and James allocated us plenty of time and we were never under any pressure to make quick decisions.
