Your Right to Cancel Your Online Order (Right of Withdrawal)
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation, and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, if you want to return products purchased from our website, you have a 14-day window from the date of receiving the items to initiate the return process. You can inform us by sending an email to info@jck.ie or by returning the products to our studio in Craughwell.
While the items are in your possession, it’s important to handle them carefully. The products must be in pristine condition and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial order once we receive the returned goods. Please note that we will refund your delivery expenses only if the return is a result of our mistake, such as a faulty product. If you’re returning an order due to a change of mind, you are responsible for all return delivery costs to our studio in Craughwell. We can arrange an uplift service, but charges will apply. Additionally, if the items returned have been handled beyond what’s necessary to inspect their features and characteristics, a fee may be applied due to diminished item value.
Online Returns Policy
At JCK Design & Kitchen Innovations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to guide you through the return process.
Notification Period
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return. You can do this by emailing info@jck.ie.
Cancellation Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your items to cancel your order. Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Handling and Packaging
While in your possession, please handle items carefully. Products must be returned in pristine condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned goods. Delivery costs will only be reimbursed if the return is due to our error, such as receiving a faulty product.
Return Methods
Returns must be made using the options provided by us. If you are returning items due to a change of mind, you are responsible for delivery costs to our studio in Craughwell. An uplift service can be arranged at a charge.
Handling Fees
A fee may apply if the returned items have decreased in value due to excessive handling beyond inspecting their features. Items returned out of packaging may incur a minimum 30% restocking fee, so please ensure you are satisfied before disposing of packaging.
Exclusions
Custom-order items cannot be refunded unless cancelled in accordance with your rights or if they are faulty or not as described.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Irish law.
