Manufacturing Process
Our Galway based manufacturing facilities feature state-of-the-art machinery, which has been purpose-built to produce the highest quality finishes on our door panels and kitchen cabinets. The majority of our kitchen components are manufactured at our Galway based Factory’, including parts which are hand sprayed by skilled craftsmen to ensure a flawless finish. Cabinets are then fully assembled at our workshop and undergo rigorous testing before being packed for delivery.

When it comes to manufacturing quality, every JCK kitchen is rigorously checked before leaving our workshop as part of our thorough quality control procedure. Each door panel is inspected by hand for even the tiniest of imperfections by our highly experienced staff, so you can be sure your kitchen’s finish will be flawless.

To make things a little easier, we’ve devised step by step buying and inspiration guides. They’re packed full with information and tips to help make researching and choosing your new kitchen even easier.

Showroom Appointment
Book a free appointment and visit our Showroom to meet with an expert designer. You will have a personal meeting with a member of our design team, who will be able to talk through all of your ideas and help to start planning your dream kitchen. It’s the perfect opportunity to discuss your plans with a dedicated kitchen expert, who will be able to answer any questions or queries you may have.
Delivery and Installation
Once you have chosen your kitchen, you can sit back and relax, assured that our expert team have your delivery and installation under control. Once you have finished designing your dream kitchen at our store, you can walk away with a week-commencing delivery date to suit you. We can normally deliver your new kitchen within four – six weeks of placing your order.
Our specialist delivery team will call you 7 days before your delivery, to confirm the exact delivery date of your kitchen, along with an AM/PM time slot. Then on the day of delivery, your allocated driver will call you 1 hour before your delivery is due to let you know your beautiful new kitchen is on its way.
We recommend you clear a clean and dry space in your home prior to delivery as your new kitchen may take up more space than you think. There must be safe and clear access to your premises for the delivery driver and vehicle.
At JCK Kitchens we are able to supply more than just a high-quality kitchen. We can also provide you with an affordable and professional installation service, which is project managed from start-to-finish.
